Extra-virgin oil

The extra-virgin oil "La Torre" is produced only with olives of the valuable "Taggiasca" variety, of which it maintains intact the unequivocal taste.

Manually picked directly from the tree, the olives are grinded in the same day with a light cold crushing and only with mechanical processes that do not alter the quality and give to the oil a ripe fruity flavour enriched by an intense sweetish  feeling with an aftertaste of almond and artichoke.


The color is yellow gold with green reflections, and it is indicated raw on salads, soups, cooked meat, fish.

Our oil is carefully packed at the time of the request to ensure perfect freshness, as well as the full conservation  of the high quality organoleptic characteristics typical of our area.
